Connect with us

Medit 

  • Log in to www.meditlink.com with the administrator account.

  • Go to Partners on the left menu panel.

  • Search for info@vipdentallaboratory.com.au to request a partnership with us. You can search for partners by their lab name, email address, postal code, or address – Such as VIP Dental Laboratory.

  • Locate VIP Dental Laboratory and click the Request Partnership button.

  • You will see that VIP Dental Laboratory has been added to the Partners > My Partner List with the status reflected as Partnership Pending.

  • Our team will shortly accept partnership request and the partnership will be active.

iTero

  • Call iTero Support – Dial 1800 468 472.

  • Select Option 2 for iTero.

  • Provide Scanner Information: Give the support team the scanner serial number. (See below for instructions to find this) Mention VIP Dental Laboratory.

  • Alternatively, Forward an Email: Send an email to iterosupportanz@aligntech.com.

  • In the subject line, write: “Add lab – [your iTero serial number] VIP Dental Laboratory”.

  • How to find your iTero Serial Number: The serial number of your iTero scanner can be found by navigating to: System information > Base Serial Number.

3Shape Trios

  • Register for a 3Shape Communicate account via portal.3shapecommunicate.com/ login if you do not have one.

  • Login to your 3Shape Communicate account via portal.3shapecommunicate.com/ login.


  • Click Connections on the navigation bar.


  • Click Add Connection button and enter info@vipdentallaboratory.com.au in the field and click Find.


  • Select “VIP Dental Laboratory” in the result. Enter any information as a message –  Click Connect.


  • Once we approve your connection request, the status of VIP Dental Laboratory will change from “Waiting for approval” to “Active” on Connected Sites page.


  • Go to you TRIOS ® scanner, select Configure > Lab Connections. Select Communicate for External Connection Method. Click Refresh.


  • Make sure that VIP Dental Laboratory appears in your Communicate list. (Note: you may have to configure Communicate first if you have not setup your Communicate account on your scanner before)

Dentsply Cerec / Primescan

  • Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account.

  • Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”

  • Type “VIP Dental Laboratory” in the box for Company Name, click FIND.

  • Check the box to the bottom left for “VIP Dental Laboratory”

  • Click ADD to complete the registration

Carestream

  • Register for a Sirona Connect account via customer connect case center. If you do not have one. Visit www.customer.connectcasecenter.com.

  • Login to your Sirona Connect account via www.customer.connectcasecenter.com.

  • Click on My Account > My Favorite Laboratories > Click on New Search button.

  • Enter postcode “3205” in Your Zip field and click start search button.

  • Click the plus (+) icon in the add column of VIP Dental Laboratory.

  • On your scanner, ensure the Sirona Connect Software is properly installed.

  • After performing a scan session on your scanner, you will be able to click on Connect, login and send the impression to VIP Dental Laboratory.
